This Privacy Policy describes how Onur Can Tanrıver ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects the personal information of users ("you" or "user") of the Actiwake mobile application ("App").
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Automatically Collected Information
When you use the App, we may automatically collect:
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, app version, build number
- Regional Settings: Timezone, locale, and language preferences (we do NOT collect GPS location)
- Usage Data: In-app interactions, feature usage, session duration
- Anonymous Identifiers: Anonymous user ID generated by Firebase
1.2 Information You Provide
- Alarm Settings: Your preferred alarm times, sounds, and challenge preferences
- Photos: Reference photos taken for the photo challenge (stored locally on your device only)
- Step Data: Steps counted during the step challenge (only during active challenges)
- Face & Eye Tracking Data: Temporary eye-movement data captured during the optional Eye Tracking Challenge (processed on-device only)
1.3 Subscription Information
If you subscribe to premium features:
- Subscription status and plan type
- Purchase history (processed through Apple App Store)

We use the collected information for:
- Service Delivery: Creating alarms, managing challenges, and sending notifications
- Personalization: Remembering your alarm settings and preferences
- Analytics & Improvement: Improving app performance and user experience

4. Photo Data Protection
Important: Photos taken for the photo challenge are:
- ✅ Stored locally on your device only
- ✅ Never uploaded to our servers
- ✅ Never shared with third parties
- ✅ Processed on-device using Apple Vision framework
- ✅ Deleted when you delete the alarm or uninstall the app
5. Health Data (Step Count)
During the step challenge:
- We only access step data during the active challenge
- Step data is not sent to any servers
- We do not access your historical step data
- Processing is done on-device using Apple CoreMotion framework
6. Face and Eye Tracking Data
Our App may use Apple's TrueDepth camera system during the optional Eye Tracking Challenge. Face and eye-tracking information is processed solely to detect the user's eye movements and determine whether the challenge has been completed.
This information is processed on the user's device and is not used to identify or authenticate the user. We do not collect or retain facial images, Face ID data, biometric identifiers, or persistent facial profiles.
TrueDepth and face-tracking data used for the Eye Tracking Challenge is not shared with third parties and is not uploaded to our servers, cloud storage, analytics services, or advertising services. Temporary tracking information is discarded when it is no longer required to operate the challenge.
7. Notifications
- We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for push notifications
- FCM tokens are used solely for delivering notifications
- You can control notification permissions through your device settings
8. Data Retention
- Local Data: Alarm settings and photos are stored on your device
- Analytics Data: Retained by Mixpanel according to their data retention policies
- Subscription Data: Retained as long as your subscription is active
9. Data Security
To protect your data, we:
- Use industry-standard encryption
- Minimize personal information through anonymous authentication
- Keep sensitive data (photos) only on your device
10. Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

You have the right to:

- Deletion: Request deletion of your data
